Lawson had 13 races before he was demoted and poor Jack had 6 before the decision was made apparently. (Although I think he was doomed before he even sat down tbh). He’s had moments of showing he can be competitive but it’s not been a rip-roaring start. The two crashes didn’t help his cause although one was unfortunate and the other was from trying too hard to impress, but at least it was innovative.
Alpine will get better and his replacement will get points and it’ll look justified, even though I think it’d be the wrong choice to drop him.
Racing Bulls do have a habit of cracking out a banger when it comes to liveries so I hope it makes it into the game.
For those who enjoy the paddock gossip.
Doohan, as prophesied, is on his way out.
Weirdly it seems Franco is also only getting 6 races at this point.
I imagine if he performs then he keeps the seat. If he doesn’t, then does Aron get 6 too? Then the best of the three gets the last 6?
I’d expect both Franco and Aron to fare better than Jack due to car improvements throughout the year but I’d say Jack is comparatively the fastest of the 3 (when he gets it all together, which he’s not done just yet)

Alpine is a mess. At this rate there's a very good chance both you and I could get a turn in the Alpine before the end of the year. I kinda feel sorry for Gasly having to put up with all the noise.

They will be fine I'm sure they have a few billion options before they have to consider you 😁

Sounds like I should be in the car by Spain then. It'll be disappointing to miss out on the glitz and glamour of Monaco, but I probably can't afford a hotel there so it's probably for the best.
