I get the "experience" of being a managar, but this is a driving game, not a manager game. Why would I like or have more fun fantasizing being a character who is a team owner instead of creating my own driver in a driving game?
It's not a function of being a real manager, so it's not a "stack of roles". In a driving game, the core is the role of being a driver.
