AI is overpowered in the wet using assists

I saw this first in GP in Canada and now in Japan in MyTeam. Using full assists the AI is 0.7 to 1.0 seconds faster when it rains. 

The solution is let us turn weather off in career modes or spend some time balancing the game track to track
