At the 4 month mark things that bother me.

We’re four months in. The game is beautiful to look at and My Team is generally well done but here are the things with the game that in my opinion need improvement. With what little time is probably left in this games cycle fixing wet weather racing should be the only focus and even then I think it is too late but maybe these things can be fixed for F1 26.

Priorities for me are:

Wet weather racing.

No way to shut off weather.

Perfect weather forecasting is far from perfect at 50% race distances.

No way to only sim qualifying if it is raining.

Regulation changes are still too easy to deal with in My team.

In race request for teammate information rarely says what position they are in.

No way to influence the other driver’s race strategy in my team or to know when they plan on pitting.

No way to adjust AI when restarting a session.

Qualifying does not appear as a practice programme at all tracks and is not always accurate.

Less important are:

Lack of emblems, base liveries, suits, gloves in my team.

No way to opt out of Fan Zone and F1 World car emails.

No way to turn Sprint races off or change weekends when they occur.

AI difficulty is wildly inconsistent track to track.

The order of the pit boxes do not change season to season.

No way to drive as a custom driver in My Team.

Pit crew only has one helmet/suit option.

Team has only one polo to choose from.

Factory does not show My Team emblem on the outside.

No way to set the nationality of My Team.

Podium pass liveries, suits, and gloves should not be attached to sponsors.
