Bring back F1 23's medium traction control

Traction control in F1 25 seems a little off the mark.  I always like to play on Medium traction control settings and in F1 21, that setting was great but in F1 23, it was even better.  The balance for both player and AI as far as medium traction control is concerned in F1 23, seemed to be just right.  Even in the wet I was able to keep up with the pack.  I would love to see this be tweaked to resemble what we had in F1 23 in an upcoming patch.
