Can I use my World Car livery in My Team career?
I would like to use my livery from World Car in My Team career. Is this possible? And if it is not, can this feature option be added?
Depends on the livery you are using. If it is one of the ones named for a sponsor, like Duo Tone 2, then only if Duo Tone is your title sponsor. If it is one of the 2 base liveries, Hamilton, or the F1-75 car then yes. But your sponsor decals will change depending on which ones you are using and which ones your team has unlocked through game play.
