[Suggestion] Choose your driver number freely in Career mode

Hi guys, 

with Isack Hadjar having gotten his first podium in his rookie season, I think it's pretty obvious that the number 6 will be gone for good. And this is a massive problem for me, because I have a personal narrative in the My Team career, and if we get back the owner driver scenario in future F1 games, I will never be able to play it out again because the 6 is blocked. 

This is why this suggestion must be put into action in the next F1 game, and it's choosing any number for your driver, regardless if another driver has it or not. It's personally very important for me to have the 6 available for my narrative if we get the owner driver scenario back. 

Now, there should be limitations for this though. Obviously, the 1 shouldn't be accessible, since it's reserved for the reigning champion. The 17 should also be inaccessible for the obvious reason that Jules Bianchi had it when he died in Suzuka 11 years ago. Other than that, all numbers from 2 to 99 should be accessible. 

And if that's not possible because of "licensing reasons", then AT THE VERY LEAST give us the numbers 02 to 09, just like NASCAR does it, so we can choose our desired number without picking an already given number. That should be incredibly easy. I deliberately didn't include 01, since this to me also shows the car as number 1, which obviously isn't possible.

    Completely understandable!   And they should include numbers that aren't 1-99 as well. It's very important for my personal narrative that I use the number 911 or 999 and that the livery should look like a police car so that I can pull over the other drivers when they're driving too fast and I can't overtake them. 

    If that's not allowed then I should be allowed 666 at least and my driver avatar should be a 20 foot tall Satan. 

    I will accept no compromises. Get this done.

    Chill dude it’s just a game at the end of the day. Pick 51 as that adds upto 6 :-)

    Sorry, but a 51 is a 51. I'm not playing an F1 game to take math lessons. 😜

    Also, you say it's just a game. Then let us have some fun, mate. Small things like this add to the experience. 👍

    This is very stupid.. so it means i can take 44 of Hamilton? Cuz if you can't take than choice something differently ... 6 was take before by Rosberg and also Latifi..   and this is NOT Nascar...

    In F1 25, both Sonny Hayes and Jak Crawford use the number 7, which is Jack Doohan's number. 

    So are you saying that the AI is allowed to use existing numbers, but the player isn't and never should be able to because EA SPORTS says no? 

    In say EA SPORTS WRC (developed by Codemasters), I'm allowed to use any number I want. So why can't EA SPORTS give us this option in F1 games as well? That's just ridiculous.

    I think the conflicting F2 numbering was an issue at the start of the game that has now been resolved?    I had it in the first few playthroughs but not had it recently so I think the Zak issue should be fixed now if a new save was to be created.

    I've not bothered to watch the film but I think Sonny has 7 in the film so I'd give them some leeway in that regard as they're just reflecting accurately both Sonny and JD.  I think Joshua has 9 if I remember the trailers but would have had similar if someone on the field had his number too.  

    I think the best course of action is to email RB and tell them to put Isack in the bin. If he's fired from the real grid then the number opens up for at least the next two years too. That's future planning for the next two games too!
