Can't play even after Buying Iconic edition

I bought f1 25 thinking if it looked good and if I wanted to play early I would buy the iconic edition dlc. I bought the dlc and still can't play early. What can I do?

    It is true that you cannot get early access by purchasing the upgrade. However, because you haven't been able to launch the game, you can process a refund on Steam and then buy the Iconic Edition. Then you will be able to launch the game.

    This is a bug and I suggest you have the feedback tag. 

    Please up vote this as much as you can so the developers can see this and address the issue

    I also had the same problem but I can't refund the game on ea for some reason. So do I have to go buy the game again to play it early?
