completely confused

at the beggining of the game cycle i was messing about with livery mods and for the first week i could use them in online without it causing conflicts with other peoples games 9i know this because i was playing on a streamers open lobby and there liveries were normal. so why is it all of sudden i cant do this any more? it clearly works without problems. and i love the idea of all of the cars in my game looking a bit different and its a bit annoying that i cant run a ridiculous looking set of liveries when playing online as i think its boring not being able to!
