Controller works in menus but not on track

I'm playing F1 25 on PC-Steam, sometimes I have this issue where my Microsoft Xbox 360 wired controller works fine on the menus but when I go on track some buttons don't work, I can't shift gears or ...

Hey there,

Thank you very much for your report. This is quite a difficult issue to reproduce, so I'll need to ask you a couple of questions:

  1. Do you have any action maps set?
  2. Do you have Steam setting for controllers on or off?
  3. Can you give us a little bit more information on the setup you use?
