What is the point of having 40 songs in game, that the minute you enter career mode/my team you hear the same stale song for hours. 

Career mode is outside of online where most people spend their time, and especially this year with all research, development, facility upgrades etc that would be the prime spot to play some of these songs.

Songs play in FC career, NHL franchise and Madden Franchise so why not here. It makes ZERO sense.
