After the latest update to the game, I started experiencing a lot of FPS drops in career mode races. There is no problem in TT, it only seems to be in career mode. Is there anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hi,
I absolutely agree with the concerns raised above. I’d like to add that this is not what I would expect from a triple-A title. It’s not the presence of bugs that’s the real issue — we’re all human, and mistakes happen — but the frustrating part is that, two months after release, this issue still hasn’t been addressed.
Please take this seriously, because in its current state, wet-weather races are practically unplayable. Also, the straight-line speed difference — both in dry and wet conditions — is another major imbalance that needs attention.
To be honest, I’m considering cancelling my EA Play Pro subscription if I don’t see improvements in these key areas in the near future.
Sincerely,

Dear Team,
I'm writing to express my deep frustration with how AI behaves in wet conditions in F1 25 on PC (EA Games App). - I dont know if it is the same on other platforms
Yes, the AI technically slows down a bit when it rains — but the level of grip they have is completely unrealistic, almost as if they're still racing on a dry track. Meanwhile, for human players, driving in the wet feels like a completely different game.
Even with traction control turned off or set to medium — which is often necessary just to keep up — the car becomes extremely unstable or, conversely, heavily restricted. Traction control drags the car down, making it sluggish and unresponsive, while the AI seems to glide through corners with minimal loss of pace or traction.
This creates a massive imbalance and takes away from the realism and enjoyment of wet-weather racing. Frankly, it feels unfair — and it's incredibly frustrating, especially in a full-priced game where players expect a more balanced and authentic experience.
I truly hope this issue is being acknowledged and that improvements to AI grip levels and TC behavior in wet conditions are being considered in future patches.
Sincerely,

I'm so unbelievably frustrated with F125, on the outside it promised to be better than F124, I'm starting to believe it's not much different.
The AI is completely broken, their straight line speed is a joke and needs fixing.
Just started a race at Brazil, on a controller, after 7 laps the tyre degradation is pathetic on a pad. The AI start reeling you back in. Additionally their straight line speed is ridiculous. I gave up and turned it off, rubbish!
An absolute priority is to fix the tyre degradation on a controller, you have completely got this so wrong! Wheel users have 20% less degradation per stint! Why was it released like this? Did you not think that controller players would be competing against wheel players?
Wet weather is broken and still remains broken even after the attempted patch to bring more performance to the players car. Completely the wrong direction to go in, fix the AI.
The PS5 has bad graphical glitches. In overcast conditions there is a trail of black shadow from the back of the car same as F124. Why has this not been added to the list of issues? It's been reported.
The TV camera relays have poor FPS (PS5) stuttering.
Same as Brazil in F124 kerb usage shows bits of the track flying everywhere a clear graphical bug. Only happens in Brazil same as F124! (PS5).
With the AI being way overpowered on the straights, dry and wet and in the wet with superior traction with zero tyre degradation and endless battery usage and the players car with excessive tyre wear on a pad, how the hell can you compete in a career mode?
Fix the controller tyre wear.
Fix the AI straight line speed.
Fix the wet weather.
All basic stuff that should have taken priority over pointless things like reverse tracks.
I hope you are all working on sorting this out because it's completely broken.

Yes, you're right; everyone has their own problems, and they can voice them. I agree. But if you've played the game, it's incredibly bad. I've played F1 20, 21, 23, and 5,000 hours. I was playing at 110 AL with all assists disabled. In this game, they give me a 1.5-second lead per lap at 94 AL in the rain. At first, I was wondering if it was just me. I've seen the forum. Everyone has the same problem. In my opinion, the F2 numbers are the point that shouldn't be discussed alongside this inconsistency. After all, the main dynamic of the game is always on the track. If there's a bad experience on the track, the game is bad.

What about Fanatec SDK on Xbox? For real? Why it is not even on the "Awaiting Patch" list?
At this point it feels we are yelling at the sky for this to be added.

Still nothing on the missing APXGP Team Pack from the Iconic Edition that was bought prior to July 11. This is like the F1TV Pro Sub issue from last year, baited people into pre-ordering, and then silently "forget" to give people what they've paid for. Unsurprisingly though, the F1TV Pro Sub issue happened again this year if you'd believe that lol.
