I bought the iconic edition on Steam but I saw I'm supposed to get the code from EA, where do I look to redeem it. I checked the payment history on my EA account and it didn't list anything there.

I am in US and preordered it on Xbox. Just talked to Xbox support and he asked me to check my EA account but I don’t see anything there for F1 TV Pro. I have checked all of my linked accounts and spam folders already with no luck.
of course, I have launched the game on Xbox and even reset my Xbox following Xbox support’s troubleshooting guidance.
Still haven't received mine either, made support ticket with EA (which they said was 'not their responsibility' and closed). Lot of other people been having the same issue, especially if they pre-ordered from Steam. Clearly issue is not 'Resolved'

This issue is still under investigation, it was initially resolved, but we have experienced a similar issue. We are working with our Partners to ensure we fix this issue.
We've updated the Community Raised Issues to highlight that this is a known issue and still under investigation.
