F1 world car technical level, how to get 1000?
There is a season objective to get 1000 tech , but it seems capped at 900, how do you go to 1000?
I dont have unique items, and legendary can only be upgraded 3 times right?

Tried updating my wings , but after 3 times its greyed out so max 917

You need to craft better car parts and team members.
After you reach a soft cap of 900, you will not (most of the time) get any better parts to upgrade. So you must craft parts to be able to reach the 1000 tech level.
I got mine about a week ago. It costs alot of resources like tire wear data, track data etc. Craft the green ones up to 1000, then you can craft legendaries after to min/max more.
TLDR: Craft green car parts/team members -> Boost their tech level 3 times -> Repeat with each of the 8 categories until finished.Aah wowthat is it Phoenix90_TTV i guess.. that should not be as intented but guess it should work

I agree, I'm also puzzled that you can craft green uncommon parts that can be boosted to 1000. Thanks again Phoenixx-90 for figuring this out!
