Game launch error: Error code 0x00000003

Bought the new F1 game today, installed and tried launching, the splash screen came on for ages and then nothing for a minute before I got the error 'Game launch error: Error code 0x00000003'

Done some research and tried a few fixes like verifying game files, reinstalling anticheat, reinstalling the game and nothing doing.

Wondered if anyone else had experienced this or could suggest any potential solutions before I launch my PC out of the window.
