I don`t know if i did something wrong, but all the "series" races that I have are level 450+- and above but my car is only 380. I can`t progress being so low...
Does anybody knows what I did wrong or if I did?How can I solve this?

What you can do is go to Goals and activate goals for tire wear, track data etc then go to custom Grand Prix against AI.
Then you do 3 or 5 lap races in the regions (Asia/Europe/US etc) required and then use the resources to craft better car parts/team members.

I do that, daily races, solo, a bit of event (it`s a bit hard to find, ppl leave, ppl crash on purpose....) and less multiplayer.
I crafted....I really don`t know what happened..

You need to do daily races in Solo/Multiplayer Event tab, Invitationals or online races to get better parts.
You can also use resources to craft better car parts or team members to up your tech level, then you can also boost their tech level a few times to further increase tech level. A big tip is to not look at legendary, epic, rare etc until you are over 900 tech level. So craft GREEN car parts/team members for the cheapest upgrades.
I am currently at tech level 970 and theres nothing to do for me, so the grind to further increase my tech level is SLOW.
In the settings there is an option to increase the tech level of the competition to make things more difficult, Perhaps you adjusted that on accident?
Are you using the resources you've been earning from races and completing objectives to build new parts? Whenever you make a new component it's usually at least a few points higher than the existing parts.
