So 10 days ago i bought ea play pro wanting to play f1 25 and after installing it the first day the game was working, good for now but the next day when i tried to launch the game after the splash screen the game doesnt open, no error message no everything , tried everything possible uninstalled and reinstalled the game, run as admin. verify game files, tried uninstalling verifying the anticheat but nothing works, i dont know what to do.
EDIT!!!! FOR ANYBODY WHO WAS IN MY SAME SITUATION I FIXED IT BY UPDATING MY MOTHERBOARD BIOS VERSION!!!
EA_GroguetTheRagebeard Thanks guys for the support, i think you should include updating the motherbord bios as a primary solution for everybody ahahha
EA_Groguet can this please be looked into, I have been DMing with Colauz and none of the usual issues with the anti-cheat seem to apply in this scenario.
I would also need to see a list of all the troubleshooting you have followed (if you have continued doing some steps after the list you posted on your first message) and error messages that you've found if any.

EA_GroguetTheRagebeard Unfortunately a BIOS update didn't do it for me. I have done the following:
drivers all up to date
checed for software that could interfere incl. doing a clean boot
run the game as admin
deleting the f1 25 folder in my games
uninstalling and reinstalling both game and ea app
launching the game offline
repairing/uninstalling ea anticheat. Everytime I open the anticheat launcher I have to update the F1 24 game for it to recognise F1 25?
verifying game files - everytime I do this it finds 3 corrupt files
letting the game and anticheat files through firewall
trying to run in dx11 and dx 12
When I try to start the game I either get i) a blue screen which restarts the PC, ii) the green play button just reappears, iii) an anticheat error message (see below) or iv) a crash report handler message (see below). My PC spec is as follows:

I don't know if this is too much or too little info, probably the latter, but please can you advise next steps because this game simply won't start.
