Same happened to me, the issue started the 2nd time I open the game. I bought it 2 days ago and the problem happened yesterday. I contacted EA support to see if they can do anything to help. I was wondering if the problem is just mine or if it is everyones problem. Does the message say you need to restart your PC?
I tried everything possible to fix it but it does not work, deleted and reinstalled the game 2 times and it still doesn't work. They need to fix their anti-cheat stuff.
I asked Gemini AI and it told me to disable TPM, I have old hardware so I have TPM 1.2, and I deactivated in BIOS, and it worked. But its not ideal since TPM is for your computers security
