Mechanical failures

Hi there 

I play F1 25 on the PS5 and I have to say I am really enjoying it. 

Having watched various career modes on YouTube, I know that random mechanical failures are still part of the game but I’ve done one full season of career and am three races into my second and I haven’t had any. 

Am I being incredibly stupid and missing a particular setting or am I just being incredibly lucky and am due a Barrichello at interlagos like hit of reliability failures?
