Midsave career fault

I keep getting a fault come up every time I go to save a race midway through a grand prix, this is happening all the time in career mode, it comes up with a fault code. Having to do smaller races so to then finish then it'll save at the end of race. Is anybody else having this issue? This has been going on for over a month.
