What kills My Team this year is the lack of women. Come on EA its 2025 there are women all over motorsport, if I'm going to be absurdly restricted to being the owner only then at least let me run a ladies only team ffs. Callie Mayer is a complete flog (Thats an aussie term, means shes a complete idiot) and shes the only woman and fictional!!! Where is Jamie Chadwick? Where are one or two of the current f1 Academy drivers? This is a complete slap in the face to your female fans imo, its actually bordering on insulting tbh. For years in the CM F1 series I had to race as a dude, before we finally got female avatars (which have been total rubbish until this years game, this year I can finally be the (somewhat) redhead I actually am) btw where are my friggin hips? most girls have curves please!!!! To be vulgar hips and **bleep** please! And F1 Academy drivers and Chadwick!!!
This all said the actual racing is really good and I';m really enjoying my Driver Career, I have 2 going, one as Ferrari and one as Williams.

I mentioned the lack of women in the german thread. The answer was "You can drive as Callie Mayer". Yay, an arrogant, low extured fantasy woman. What about real women? As this game is technically the same since 2018, there are still Tatiana Calderon and Jamie Chadwick in the games files. And what do we get? **bleep** Callie Mayer. We absolutely need more women!
About MyTeam 2.0: A move in the right direction but still too many missed opportunities and flaws.
Still no strategy for second driver.
Player controlled driver gets no stats progression
No driver+ manager
It still lacks the feeling as if you are the boss and have any influence. You are still just to passive
MyTeam 1.0 was "My half of the team and the other driver, who does whatever he wants", myTeam 2,0 is now "their team and the second driver, who still does whatever he wants". It is still not MY(!!!)Team.
And for god's sake: kick Jeff!
What does get me on this one, is that we get e-sports drivers instead of Academy or other female drivers from motorsports. Maybe I’m wrong but does anyone care about e-sports drivers in the official F1 game?
I wouldn't even be able to find my interest in esports drivers with the most powerful microscope we have in my univerties palaeontology lab! 🤣
Jarno's the only one I could even name, but... there are certainly people out there who worship them like a divine being so I guess the dev's think it will help push sales.
