EA Play Pro Ending Leads to account suspension.

I have. Restarted PC / Router repaired and uninstalled / reinstalled the EA app and the game. I have even double-checked the anti-cheat and disabled every background service. The only thing that has changed in the past few days is my EA play status and I have seen multiple threads reporting this issue with no solution..

The worst part is I understand this is "an appeals" issue but there is no place to make appeals for f125 on the EA support website. 

There has been 5 similar instances reported between f1-22 and f1-25

I'm honestly desperate for any help because I have not heard back from support at all.

I spent $100 on this game to play it with my friend and I can no longer do that in any capacity.

 

 

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated

    We have a specific process for ban appeals. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:

    How do I appeal a ban

    If you have already followed this process, then please allow more time for a response. Response times can vary and may be a week or more in some cases.

    As stated above there is nowhere in the appeals page to submit an appeal for F125 :) 

    And there is no penalties listed in my tracker.

    However, I have submitted one to the f124 appeals page.

    I’m still experiencing this issue and have heard no response.

     

    I’d really really like some assistance in this matter.

  • UPDATE: 1.11.25 After the initial issue when my payment didn't go through and I encountered issues I made sure to navigate to the website and cancel my subscription... A  few days later I was charged anyway and my subscription resumed.

    During this period I was no longer suspended.

    Instead of doing a charge back I once again. navigated to the EA website and cancelled my subscription.. 

    Today, my subscription has ended and of course. I'm now back to being suspended..

    I did receive a reply on my support ticket shortly after my last update but they just told me they saw no suspensions on my account.

    Which i already stated and they charged my card so I did not follow up...

    Hoping for some assistance &  to see somebody dig into this a little bit more as I spent a lot of money and time on the iconic edition and paid for the premium subscription service.

    I've encountered this bug twice! across two different computers and It can be recreated!

  • UPDATE: 1.14.25    I opened another case in ban appeals and was led to open another case and so on and so forth.

    TLDR: It was marked as "No Fix Available."  

    A few minutes ago my friend gifted me some money to buy another month of EA PLAY PRO.

    Just as I've suspected I've regained multiplayer privileges .

    This is twice now that I have tested my hypothesis and been correct.

    Being forced to pay $16 a month for a game I spent $100 on is incredibly disheartening and I look forward to a fix being released soon.

    Another month of Ea Play Pro.  same issue. no solution. I'm now forking over $ I definitely shouldn't have to. I really really wish somebody somewhere actually cared about this and developed a resolution.

    I would buy another copy of the game on the launcher if it allowed me and not reopen my membership but obviously that is not an option as I already paid for the iconic edition through the EA app.

    I would just take my $200+ Loss and buy f126 but that won't be an option either.

    I'm actually not sure me typing this out and updating this is doing anything for anyone but nevertheless.

    I'll update you guys next month.

     

     

     

     

  • It's not a bug its a feature.

    I'm going to mail another letter and I've submitted a formal Complaint to the BBB. I will update this as I continue to escalate my efforts for a proper solution.
