No audible Voice lines on JBL Quantum One

The Headset seems to separate the voice lines into a different audio channel that I cannot hear. However streaming it over Discord or recording the game, the voice lines can be heard.

I deactivated every audio channel in windows settings except for my headphones and it still is not audible.

Having switched to a different headset with a jack plug worked. But I don't want to switch headphones just to play the game.
