No disc version in Australia was a Terrible Idea

So instead of being able to buy the game for the regular $79 for the standard edition on disc, instead EA have decided they don’t care about their Australian market and will only sell the digital version at a whopping nearly 1.4x the cost, $110 for the standard edition.

Not only is $110 a ripoff for a standard edition, but then removing the ability to get the game the affordable way via a physical copy is a shocker from EA. So much for making the game slightly cheaper this year… it actually just got $31 more expensive.

I would like a response to this as to a) why this decision was made, and b) I’d like to see this decision rectified.
For an already struggling series I can see this really impacting the sales performance in Australia, as well as other countries that are suffering from the same. I am certainly not alone in this opinion.
Answers necessary. Thanks

It's a friggen joke is what it is, for someone who has collected physical copies way back until the first F1 game on PlayStation back in 1996. What came to this crazy decision? It's insane, there is no logical reasoning behind it and there is no way to contact EA and actually ask the question. Shame.

    I have some news!!

Jbhifi is getting hard copies from June 6 but at $119 dollars. I guess the price hike is due to them being the only store supplying it but atleast it's getting released.
