Even with the safety car and red flags set to increased, they are never used.
The AI cars in career often break down in very dangerous areas of the track causing yellow flags for a couple of laps - then just disappear and the race continues.
This was the same in last year's game too.

I'm progressing with my F1-25 Full Driver Career (Season 1), with Full Race Distance, Damage On, Safety Car Increased, Red Flag Increased, and after 12-Grand Prix the AMG, and Aston Martin Safety Cars STILL have 0-kilometres on their odometers. I wonder if Bernd Mayländer is bored yet?
I have had 2 Red Flagged Races though.
My son, who plays with both turned up never gets any. I have both reduced and in 3 seasons of 16 races of MyTeam I have had 4 safety cars, 1 VSC and 1 red flag.
Yeah, I do Full Driver Career, Full Race Distance, Safety Car Increased, Red Flag Increased, and after 4-Grand Prix, ...,no safety car.
In Australia, George Russell had an engine failure and parked near the racing line exiting Turn 2, and no VSC or Safety Car. The pack just swerved passed him for 2-laps. Very unrealistic.
Hard to believe this is still a problem SIX years after I investigated the SAME problem in F1 2019...

My Team ist Not career
I’ve had both in My Team, first season, safety car in Spain and Red Flag in Britain. Also had Piastri stop in the middle of the track in Imola and trigger a VSC,but he was a ghost in the middle of the track for 1 lap.
