Reversed tracks
I think it's a great feature but it's a bit lacking in terms of how many tracks there are. Is there any chance we will get updates every month with new tracks being published? What do you think?

To be honest; I'm not a fan. I did Austria expecting it to be fun and wild and it was dull and annoying. I find Zandvoort tedious going in the correct direction so I wasn't enthusiastic to try it in reverse neither. It feels like a few years ago when they did mini tracks of Britain, Bahrain, USA and Suzuka. Nobody really cared then and soon enough people won't really care about this neither and it'll be gone too.
I'd much rather have actual other tracks like Portimao and France still in it instead. Even better, tracks like Malaysia, Hockenheim and the like, but I understand that's a much more invested issue to include. The gimmicky tracks aren't for me, but I get that some people like them.
I doubt there will be more reverse tracks this year. I'm guessing that EA will renew the license with F1, so once they iron out the bugs with 25 they will pivot to the challenge of integrating the new regulations for the real world 2026 season. Plus, they have to develop the new track for Madrid that will replace Barcelona-Catalunya in 2026.
I'm also underwhelmed by the reverse tracks, but I'm optimistic that it's a step in the right direction towards historical tracks in future releases. I'm definitely missing Portimao already and will definitely miss Jeddah when it gets replaced in a few years. I would be willing to drop $20 for a DLC of 1960s/70s German Grand Prix at Nordschleife.
Coincidental you should mention that;
Barcelona is still contracted for next year. At least it was when I last looked a few weeks ago. I had presumed they’d call it European Grand Prix or something stupid like the Imola one where it has Made in Spain in it.
Also; Saudi were looking at the possibility of retaining Jeddah and having two races on the calendar. Which (and I’m not saying there’s corruption in the air), they’ll get if they want it and wads of notes are accidentally dropped on the floor.
My guess is that EA will monitor how much the current reverse grid options get played before deciding whether to invest any resources in adding more. It's not a trivial amount of work though (changing marker boards and training the AI).
Interesting...thanks for the info!
