[Suggestion] Add Grid Reveal in Career modes from Season 2 onward

Hi guys, 

I'm currently having a lot of fun in the new My Team mode after finally easing myself into it. 

However, I have a question. 

In F1 24's Driver Career, at the start of every new season, you can play the grid reveal. This is a really cool feature, as it potentially surprises you with driver transfers that you wouldn't expect, like Oliver Bearman being a rookie at Red Bull like it happened in my Lewis Hamilton career in said game. 

So why isn't this a thing in F1 25 anymore, especially since My Team allows you to increase the driver transfers for AI teams and icons can join AI teams as well? That's always been a surprise to see unexpected transfers and be totally surprised by that. I really, really hope we can get this feature back someday, because the grid reveal is always such an exciting thing in F1.
