Suggestion: Allow qualifying to be simulated

The improved 'My Team' career mode in F1 2025 would greatly benefit from players being able to simulate the qualifying sessions like we can now simulate race and practice sessions. That way we could play as just the team manager without driving ourselves, without being penalized for it by always starting last for skipping qualifying.

When you can simulate all practice sessions and the race itself, it seems weird you can't simulate qualifying but are always dead last if you skip it. In effect the only thing preventing us from playing F1 2025 in full 'Manager Mode' right now is the lack of an option to simulate qualifying.

Other players might want to drive the race by themselves but simulate the qualifying, so adding that option would also benefit the wider player base, not just those wanting to play on full 'Manager Mode'.
