Wet Weather on Career Mode - PLEASE FIX!

I appreciate this has been mentioned countless times on this forum but it seems like the issue isn't being acknowledged or addressed so.. can one of the changes PLEASE be implemented on career mode in regards to the weather:

1) More realistic weather patterns. Rain comes up way too much on tracks that have never seen rain.
2) The option to turn rain off completely. Why is career the only mode you cant do this?
3) More competitive AI racing in wet, ie: more AI errors in wet conditions etc. If you're going to insist on unrealistic weather conditions always coming up, can you at least make the AI racing in these conditions more realistic? More driver error etc. Because the differential in terms of how easy dry racing is vs wet racing is way too much. And yes I know wet racing is meant to be harder, but this should also be reflected across the AI's performance.

Got to the point where I cant play career mode anymore because having wet races every other session just isn't fun under current conditions, which is very frustrating as I like all the other elements of the mode. Seen so many people on here complain of the same thing but no solution incoming seemingly? 

PLEASE FIX!
