Yes you can find the average AI difficulty levels by track article here (https://www.f1laps.com/articles/f12022/track-difficulty-averages/). It's still very early though and for some tracks we don't have a representative number of sessions yet. It will become more accurate over time! The article updates automatically on a daily basis.
