No new guy for the handling model on F1 24. Still our good lad David Greco. If you can think of a F1 game with a "oh, now that's a good handling and driving experience", chances are Mr. Greco was the main dev responsible for it too.
The woes of the current F1 22 handling is not down to a single name. Changing the lead handling designer won't necessarily makes things – specially when it is one dev with a proven track record of delivery good handling models.
The current bad state of the game and subpar driving experience is most likely due to managerial decisions taken up the ladder, putting time and resource constraints on the devs.
If that's indeed the case, if those franchise-wide decisions keep on being made and you replace a dev unequivocally capable of delivering a good handling model for a new one, I wouldn't take that as evidence of things changing for the better.
