An overhaul of the handling, downforce model and throttle application

@itsryan2024 about every 6 weeks someone says basically the same thing.
Everyone of your problems can be fixed with setup.
The truth is if they overhaul the game at least half will NOT be happy.
The handling was AMAZING at the launch of F1 22 but people had a fit and they FIXED it.....you can thank them.
No reason to think the same thing probably wont happen again but we can HOPE!

@BadMayh3m Indeed the handling was amazing in F1 22 at launch, i hope F1 23 will be the same at launch and not be changed again after some complains here on the forum. Usually i play F1 2021 and F1 2020 with AI at level 90, in F1 22 i was able to raise it to 103-104 at launch before they changed and then back to 90, now i think the handling it's similar to F1 2021, at least the way i feel it.
