Can't Talk to Engineer on F1 22

One of the reasons I pulled the trigger and bought an Xbox Series S was so that I could play F1 22 on a fresh system. I was so disappointed to learn that voice commands to your engineer don't work on this platform? Please add this functionality. The game will never have been worth it without that ability. Added so much realism and made the racing experience much more immersive.
