Car Hanging on the Kerb at Zandvoort Turn 1

Product: F1 22
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug The car stuck on the kerb and not able to move after getting hit and spun on race start at Zandvoort's turn 1, my can was not suffering from any damage but resulting a DSQ. And this leads to cannot finish the weekly event.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? ASEXPKSMRAXHXJXE
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Weekly Event
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let the car get hit and spun in turn 1, and let the car slide onto the kerb, then you may experience this bug if you get into the correct angle.
What happens when the bug occurs? The car was not able to move anymore, event in full throttle, not moving on the track will resulting the DSQ because of parkin on the track.
What do you expect to see? The car should be still able to apply throttle and move the car although it is slower than normal status, but isn't totally stuck on it and causing DSQ.

The picture of my car hanging over the kerb and not able to move after getting hit in multiplayer weekly event.

  • If the car is beached on the kerb and the rear wheels aren't touching the floor any more (can't tell from the screenshot), that's an intentional feature this year.

If you're playing the game realistically you'd need to retire from the race (DNF), or if you're not fussed, you can use the menu to reset to track and keep going.

However, if the car's simply stuck on the kerb, with the tires connected to the surface, then that would be a bug, but I think what you're describing sounds like you're beached instead.
