Constant game crash on Pc (Steam)

Product: F1 22
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug the game constantly crashes on my pc, in any game mode, sometimes even in the menu.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? RPJH-RJVB-JHGX-VMTE
Which area is the bug/glitch in? TT
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? game freezes, Ego Dumper app opens, AMD driver reports a bug.
What do you expect to see?

I've tried all the solutions and nothing solves it, I suspected for a long time that it was an AMD problem since the error happens with a driver failure, but only games F1 crashes on my pc, F1 22, 20 and 19 don't work (I can only play max for 30 minutes), F1 21, 18 and earlier work fine, so it seems to me that the game makes the AMD driver crash, and all other games run normally on my pc with no driver issue.
I play f1 22 on two different PCs, a notebook with R5 5500u/vega 7 and the pc with an Fx 8320 and an rx580, the error occurs only on the pc, on the notebook the game runs normally.

The PC is a really old setup, I'm not sure you should have installed Windows 11 as you've done a bypass installation (Min CPU and TPM - TPM probably not the issue, however).

Honestly the drivers will probably not be reliable for the board (there is also an ASMedia USB controller - known instability).

Are you prepared to revert to W10 to get the game working? Can you furnish me the mainboard make and model as I suspect you are probably not receiving uCode updates if the board is not updated. This could certainly cause parts of the code to fail (this would explain the random crashing).

i know i shouldn't use win 11, i always used win 10 on pc, but the game crashes, i did a clean install of win 10 and the game kept crashing, and then i changed it to win 11, but i'm going back to Win 10.

    MoBo: m5a78l-m plus/usb3

microcode update are enable in bios

in the event viewer two errors appear when the game crashes, both referring to LiveKernelEvent

OK it's AM3+ and AMI BIOS (not UEFI AMI IV or AMI V) the latest BIOS is version 0502 - looks like (from the date and dxdiag string) you may already have it.

The CPU is from 2012 and is not supported in Windows 11.

Install Windows 10 22H2 (from the Media Creation Tool) and check using HWiNFO that the CPU (cpu00600F20) ucode is ver06000852_2018-02-06

This will not be in your BIOS because it is from 2016.

Before you hook up the Internet, install

    AMD 760G Chipset Driver restart

    AMD Adrenaline 23.3.1 restart

    Correct Realtek UAD driver restart.

For the ASMedia USB, let Windows Update find drivers.Try not to use those ports - AFAIK they are the USB3_E12 ports (blue) or connected via USB3_E34 header.

Additionally, you are showing only 12GB of RAM, this is not a good config.

16GB of matched memory (4x 4GB or 2x 8GB) is better. You run the risk of bad timings, poor Dual Channel / Single Channel configuration or modules not detecting. SPD info may not be read from all modules.

HWiNFO will show the memory configuration, you can post the HWiNFO.txt (save report) as an attachment. This will display the modules and slot config.

    bios is already updated
I did a clean install of win 10, I followed the steps you indicated, hwinfo shows the microcode 06000852, tomorrow I will do the test.
The memories are 4GBx8GB, Kingston Fury (KF316C10BB/4 and KF316C10BB/8), on hwinfo they are exactly the same except for the capacity, tomorrow I'll share the .txt

    Thanks for the reply. I would suggest DIMMs in A1 & A2 or B1 & B2, not A1/B1 or A2/B2 - i.e. all single channel.

Memtest may be useful. Test each stick individually in A1 (or known good slot) then try the combination as you have it. I believe you will need the v4 Memtest image (scroll down).
