Elimination mode is a good idea with bad execution
Qualifying is extremely needed. If you get put near the back of the grid there’s a massive chance you get caught up in some incident where you aren’t to blame and by the time you get past the crashes the guy in first will be over 5 seconds in front of you by lap 1 if they are any good. You end up having to overtake multiple cars whilst trying to close a 5-10 second gap to first place within 7-9 laps. You also can lose a lot of time overtaking cars so it just gives the people with a good starting position a bigger advantage.
The only way it should be no qualifying is if collisions are turned off.
It should be on strict corner cutting because people cut or extremely extend corners on the exits to get a position to not be eliminated. If someone somehow gets 3 warnings just make them get instantly eliminated instead having them have a time penalty
Having setups on fixed makes zero sense because you give people 30 seconds on the grid to ready up so let people put on their setups during that 30 seconds
