Jimmy Broadbent interviews Jarno Opmeer. Very good interview
- Cpayne323 years agoHero+@ScarDuck14 I saw this earlier. The fact Ronhaar isn’t saying anything is actually quite concerning
- ScarDuck143 years agoLegend@Cpayne32 I can’t see any way he can keep traction when full throttle on the apex. But then I use controller and have tons less skill than Ronhaar.
- Cpayne323 years agoHero+@ScarDuck14 Either he is really skilled or he is cheating but i don’t think he will admit anything though

Some have argued that it's a ploy to mask certain behaviour and give a believable reason to why the lack of comparative speed. However, I heard that the wheels that they have to use in competition already come with load cell pedals 🤷
Who knows but from the above video and plenty of other videos, there's plenty of examples for people to be suspicious, even if there is no conclusive proof and the person who checked Ronhaar's PC has offered no other credentials other than that he found somebody else cheating.
- Hempyjr3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Cpayne32 Even more concerning is that EA/Codemasters/F1Esports isn't saying anything. Like i said in a post last week, if everything was fine i guess an official statement was out pretty fast, the fact they are not saying anything, at least for me it meens something is not right there with at least 1 player and they are working to see if somebody else was involved or how to handle this situation which is a sensible one.

@HempyjrThis is over the biggest stinker of all of it. With all the speculation, all racing leagues have now been thrown into doubt. With drivers driving very aggressively towards Ronhaar in PSGL/WOR, it makes the sport look bad. The continuing silence from the eSports organisers and EA/CM show that they aren't willing to talk about the issue and create a platform where everyone can race fairly.
ACC have a similar cheating scandal in parallel to this one at the moment. However, the developer, Kunos have somewhat acknowledged the problem and added a new community manager who is interacting with the community about various other issues too.
