I use following settings for cockpit view:

* My Team

* DC for Haas:

I sit about a 1m away from 23inch screen, using T150 steering wheel.

I like to see rear wing in side mirrors, to check on DRS. I don't use that travesty called "rear view mirror" 😉 I am also trying to get away from proximity arrows, just for sheer experience.
