- Fixed an issue with inconsistent kerb impact behaviour across varying frame rates on PC
Great to read this, thanks for putting the fix already in this 1.10, a question: Anyone who has tested it, can tell who is right? 60 fps or who was above that? Just out of curiosity, if it will make it harder for those who played at 60 fps or if it will make it easier for those who play above 60 fps.
G29 lost most of the FFB right after the update 😞
anyone else on G29 having the same issue or just me?- Nuvolarix3 years agoSeasoned Ace

Yes, please EA/CM which is the live version, the one with 'hard' or 'easy' kerbs? Because I guess if we have 'hard' version now some TT should be wiped, at least Monza...
- @SaltyNZ I had the problem and fixed it like this: I uninstalled Ghub, cleaned %temp% folder, restarted computer (to start without any software), downloaded and installed the latest version of Ghub and it started working normally again.

- Improved AI racecraft logic and revised levels of aggression when attempting overtakes
noooooooooooooooooo, AI are just perfect attempting overtake, you listening moaning guys trying overtake with divebomb move? really?
"Fixed an issue with inconsistent kerb impact behaviour across varying frame rates on PC"
The "on PC" part here bugs me a bit, I wonder is the fix really limited to PC only and do EA/CM claim, that the problem would really be isolated to PC, which would mean the different kerb behavior on consoles is because of other reasons or there is some performance reason or similar that prevents the fix from being applied to consoles? I personally don't necessarily think it's a huge deal if it's left to as is on consoles, because I doubt there is going to high level cross platform competition where it would matter more. In any case, would be interesting to hear the reason and root cause..
The patch notes didn't have any info about fixing the formation lap tire temperature problem in multiplayer (and it's not listed in the "known issues" either), which is something is really strange. Didn't that work originally in the game, and the fix for the initial temperatures broke it? There was fix for the non-FL option, but not for the formation lap. Hard to imagine that this would be hard to fix...- @thiago_ssj I think that is when AI is trying to overtake you with divebomb that doesn't have even 1% change of succeeding.
I like the AI being agressive and lively and have had fun with it in F1 22 (compared to 2021), but I can't deny that AI way too often is too stupid, doing totally brainless divebombs or ignoring player's existence.
I'v been playing Automobilista 2 recently, and in that one, the AI can be also aggressive and lively, but also better judge on what to try and what not (and it seems to be always aware of you as well). I hope F1 games would achieve similar eventually. - @jenny_a_m now the ffb of my g29 does not work... it does not transmit force in the central area
- thiago_ssj3 years agoNew Adventurer@Ileleee i´m have automobilista 2 too, and in most recent update 1.4.1.x the AI are awesome, fighting clean and with ideal agressivity, but in f1 22 i have good fights too, yes AI makes some stupid decisions, like real drivers too, like hamilton against alonso and etc, honestly i like this
yes, the g29 ffb does not work
