F1® 22 - Patch 1.10 Hotfix Discussion Thread

In my headset when looking at F1 22 details I see that there is hotfix 1.10 for pc out now.

Should I install this hotfix myself. My F1 22 plays through Steam vr. Should I do anything myself, or is this just news from EA?

And if I have to do it, how should I do it?

Is that possibly below the minimum spec. quoted for the game (I've seen a 1050 Ti mentioned before I think)? I know you'll say it was working before and hopefully you or some other PC expert (not me!) will be able to figure out a solution for you but I fear this may be part of your issue.

Whilst I don’t agree with how EA/CM minimum requirements are arrived at - people should not buy the title if they are outside minimum requirements. They cannot expect support if they do this. Stated this many many times on CM forums. Just because older games worked it does not follow newer ones will. Even last year, this year is not a given. 

Discussion should stop about this. Even patch updates, if a patch stops an unsupported config it is still not a patch issue the unsupported config is.

On PlayStation the 'hotfix', shows as version 1.11 of the game, vs 1.10 before. I'd expect the same is true on PC so see what version you're on and update if you need to. Oh, and it just updated like any normal patch for me, so I'd guess the same is true on PC.

My reply to @HUYCUNGDUC was obviously about managing expectations, but if any other users may be willing and able to try to assist that's obviously up to them. Whether or not a solution may be possible I no idea.

Crossplay bug - Lobby crashes as everyone left the session and I drive vs nobody and need someone to send me invite again to join into the lobby and take control of my AI..


Please, all players have glitches and bugs without have any problem on their PC or wheels or etc but this is unplayable! EVERYTIME to hope your game to don't crash or something! The game is not good as last years example F1 2019,2020. It's unplayable so please listen to the people and don't be lazy! DO YOUR BEST!
