F1 2020 game save it corrupted.Help to restore it

Hi after playing F1 2020 for half a year,my game save is corrupted I would like to ask EA HELP to help restore it.I cant add the savegame

    If the attempted recovery fails, you will need to choose No and will likely need to start over with a new save game.
