F1 22 - Crash to desktop for replay of a retired race

Summarize your bug Unable to access a replay where I've retired in a race. F2 at Monaco in driver career, I crashed in the Feature Race, attempted to reverse, and got beached on the curb. No big deal to me, so I retire and save the replay. I go back into the theatre to access the replay, and the game just crashes.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'd say retire from the race early, save the replay, and then go attempt to watch the replay of the race that you retired in.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game just crashes.
What do you expect to see? At minimum, the replay to load without crashing. At maximum, the entire race being saved instead of just simulated.
