I HAVE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Can an EA support member please get back to us on this, this is absolutely ridiculous. I only have about 20 hours on the game and says my accounts been banned. For what?? I have only played co-op career and multiplayer 2-3 times! It's only on F1, I can play all of my other EA games perfectly fine without saying my account is banned it's clearly an EA glitch on F1!!!

I have the same problem, i contacted with support but they changed status to closed and nothing changed.
