@winner5554Still dealing with this issue. Verifying integrity of game cache thru steam is useless. Some days I can put in two hours and some days I can't even put a lap in. Been plagued with this since I first purchased this game and have wasted countless tens of hours trying to figure this out in vein. The game is genuinely trash. After corrupted files are detected, sometimes up to 15 files, and I go to restart the game, it re-downloads all of the language file packs? Is this seriously what is causing the game crash everytime? I just need one language file to play this game, not every other language on the planet.
you’re in good hands here don’t worry.
- @winner5554 Found if you roght click on the steam icon anf go i to settings. Then click downloads on thenleft menu within the setting panel, there is a 'clear download cache' button but you will be forced to sign out then log back into steam.
This did solve my problem and was able to race for 2 hrs. Then on reboot the next day its the same process all over again...
1) disk cleanup on all drives
2)verify integrity of game cache for f1 22 in steam before i start sim commander
3) pray it doesnt crash
4) it crashes and I curse this game to hell i have the same * problem i did everything i could do but still have the same issue. hate this game already
