F1 22 CRASH ON AMD RYZEN 5 2400G WITH 8 GB RAM PC MEETS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Product: F1 22
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Hello! To be honest, I'll check here to see if the same thing happens to someone, but I reached a point with F1 22 in which I can't even play anymore, the game crashes all the time, it crashes when loading cinematics, when trying to create my team to start my team mode, it crashes to load podium celebrations, when finishing the race, when trying to download everything from the podium pass, or trying to enter the store, the game became unplayable, which is weird Because I didn't do this before, my pc meets the minimum requirements, it has all the drivers updated, I even played F1 2021 and it doesn't crash, not the way F1 22 crashes at this point it makes it unplayable for me it crashes even in the initial pre-race cinematic when the commentator is describing the circuit and so on, it's impossible for me to play like this, I'm posting this to find out if it happens to someone else or if it's just me, which I don't understand why the game crashes Even if I didn't do it before, I have all my PC drivers updated, my operating system is in its latest version, I tried a thousand ways and the game keeps crashing, I don't know what to do anymore, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but the problem persists, it's frustrating, I don't know what to do anymore.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? KCAC-DCRJ-GRTP-REAE
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to run a race at the end, does not load the cinematics, the game automatically crashes.
What happens when the bug occurs? It gets to the "please wait a minute..." screen then goes to a black screen and the game crashes.
What do you expect to see? That they release an update correcting this problem because this never happened to me with the game.

UEFI 3I3 (unzip then use M-FLASH) load and save defaults then load and set XMP, etc.

AMD Chipset Driver v5 (uninstall any older chipset driver, reboot then install these)

AMD Adrenaline Driver 23.4.3 (try DDU safe mode and install without internet)

    Delete hardware_settings_config.xml (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\F1 22\hardware_settings)

Verify Steam files and launch game.

Uninstall any MSI utilities - WER shows crashing MSI_LED.exe (could be part of MSI Center, use Geek Uninstaller to remove) also Freemake software and would also uninstall Daemon Tools Virtual CD-ROM.

*** If the above does not work ***

You don't quite meet the minimum system requirement - 8GB RAM assumes some dedicated VRAM but your R5 2400G uses system RAM as a buffer. Therefore you do not have 8GB of system RAM. Also, playing on a HDD is not recommended. An SSD is the minimum for good gameplay, even a SATA-III connected drive would be better,

RX470 versus Vega 11 is very underperforming https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-470-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-11-Ryzen-iGPU/3640vsm401440 so again, this suggests your system is under the minimum requirement.

Respectfully, please don't make the argument that F1 2021 will run. F1 22 is not the same game.

hello I'm going to try this method I still find curious because when the game came out in its first versions had no problem everything worked well and never hung I do not know because that now... regarding the issue of crashes, could it just be a RAM issue? I mean, if I add more RAM, will it stop failing? Or does the system itself, including the processor, not meet the minimum requirements?

You do require more RAM as stated.

But the CPU is a bit of both. The CPU itself DOES meet the minimum spec, but it's iGPU does not.

If the game worked previously this also does not mean it will continue to work as the updates arrive (GPU may not support some features in the game). The amount of shared RAM required may vary depending on your settings. The amount of RAM required may vary as the game is updated or as your configuration changes.

So ultimately I would add more RAM and a discrete GPU (in that order). RAM is fairly inexpensive, so adding RAM never hurts. 8GB is around £20. If the issue is purely RAM availability the additional 8GB would allow the iGPU to buffer but the system RAM would exceed the minimum. Still out of spec, but may work.

Adding the discrete GPU (cost may vary) to a RX470 or higher would also satisfy minimum requirement as the 8GB of system RAM would be available. The GPU would be within spec but I would not consider anything less than an RX580 (second user) and with 8GB of VRAM realistically. NEW GPUs should be fine (e.g 5500(+), 6600(+), 7xxx etc.)
