Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load some Races or everthing else where you see a loading screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? game crash
What do you expect to see? after the loading screen i would love to see a track and to start the race.
Im on PC. my game crashes a lot in loading screens. 12 h of gaming and a min. of 30 crashes. in every game mode.
I'm now at 20 h and crashes still here.
I updated all, repaired game, start as admin.

This has been doing this as long as I have owned the game (ever since it’s release).
It’s worth pointing out that the other driving programs on my system (Assetto Corsa’s & Forza Horizon 5) have never (!) crashed or froze.
I paid $90 (Canadian) for a program that now crashes every time I use it.
How much customer satisfaction would that give you?
The nearly total lack of response from EA (in addressing this major bug in a major product) has me convinced that it’s not worth supporting any more EA product (that means not buying it).
After years of purchasing product from their franchise, I’m finished with EA.
