Maybe not. Maybe they are monetising the virtual real estate. 

They are not licensing 'essential' brands, more selling a virtual hoarding. These won't be on the F1 cars, just the custom My Team and Multiplayer ones.

It won't be on a Ferrari unless they are IRL sponsors. Or a Mercedes, etc.

If you create a MyTeam car or design a custom livery they will. Hope that clears it up for you.

looks fake to me. The car has wheel leds, it looks like it's from a Assetto Corsa mod

It's fake. The FOM car in these leaks is not the same as the FOM car in all the other pictures shown, the rear wing, front wing and other details look wrong. This is a 2022 spec F1 car someone made, and has just been edited in photoshop into a car creator screen
