F1 22 my team facility upgrades not applying.

Summarize your bug Facility upgrades in my team not applying. I bought the 2nd personnel upgrade and after it was finished my ai teammate didn't get his buffs. Another bug with the facilities is that I upgraded my aerodynamic facility to spec 1, yet in my R&D department, it says I still need to upgrade it. This means I can't upgrade my car anymore and makes the game impossible to play for more than half a season until its fixed.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Load into my team, fund enough money to upgrade the 2nd to top personnel upgrade. When this is done construction , got to the contracts view and there should be a green +(number) 2) upgrade aero department to spec 1 when it was at spec 0, go to R&D and try to upgrade the parts that required this facility upgrade. It won't let you upgrade it. (1 is the 1st bug and 2 is the 2nd)
What happens when the bug occurs? 1) the ai teammate doesn't gain on their stats like they should do. 2) the car cannot be upgraded past spec 1 on a facility recently upgraded to a higher spec.
What do you expect to see? 1) a green bar with +(number) along side the appropriate stats the upgrade promised. 2) the ability to buy upgrades at spec 1 on the R&D screen when my facility is levelled up.
