F1 22 PC ACCOUNT SUSPENDED ERROR MESSAGE FOR NO REASON

Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Since moving from EA Pro to Standard Version of the game, I get an error message on every single load up saying my account has been suspended. I have tried reconnecting to the server and it doesn't allow me to, showing the same error message. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Paid for a AAA game and can't even play online! I only have about 20 hours gameplay and 99% of it in a career mode so why have I been suspended??? My EA account works on all my other EA games multiplayer so it's clearly an F1 22 gltich!

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up the game on my account.
What happens when the bug occurs? Account Suspended Message Displayed, Can't Play Multiplayer or Reconnect to the Server
What do you expect to see? NO ACCOUNT SUSPENDED MESSAGE

    We can't look into this for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.

    @EA_LannaHey don’t normally see you around these parts😂 Little embarrassing… Soon as I see your name a certain song 🔥 instantly popped in my head. I fear I’m going to permanently associate you with that song. But at least it’s a good song 😍

    I've made an appeal, you can see this bc you have to put the report number in the forum post. How long does it take for them to reply? My case file said 'complete' about 16 hours after I opened it and the only support EA offered was to read the ban webpage, which I had already done and only offers to fill out the webform like you've said below! I've checked my ban history and it says I have never been banned or suspended so it's clearly a game issue! Can't anyone help me?? It's so frustrating for a AAA game!

    Hi @tisZayd,

    We are unable to review or change an account ban on the forums.

    In terms of no page appearing in your ban history, there are some bans the ban history page doesn't display. In the 'My Ban History' page, you should see this mentioned in the blue section:

    Terms of Service aim to send an email out when bans are added though so there may be an email with more context about a ban/suspension in your inbox. Please double-check your emails for an email from the address 'noreply@ea.com'. 

    If you don't have an email from EA about a ban or suspension, please know you can still appeal a ban you believe was added to your account/game mistakenly by filling out the webform.
