F1 22 PLAYFAB ERROR, NO MULTIPLAYER FUNCTION, HELP ME PLS, ORIGIN PC
I SEE THIS ERROR WHEN I START F1 22 ON PC(ORIGIN) AND I CANT PLAY MULTIPLAYER, HRLP ME PLS

- @IronGhostLT It’s a bug in the game it’s not just you don’t worry and don’t take ea’s word for it - the problem has been around since f1 2020.. the last update stopped multiplayer working, it was bad before but made much worse. They’ll point you towards connection fixes but it’s the game that has the problem I’ll get the same error as you amongst others sometimes you’ll find a race with one person in it but after the race end up in a lobby alone for hours or just get error messages. They keep ignoring customers and haven’t addressed it publicly, it’s very unlikely to get fixed I’ve been playing them for 3 years with the exact same issue. I’m only playing because it’s the only f1 game - another typical “they own the license” mess.
- @xXLucamcXx Having same issues on Xbox Series X since launch… pay all this money for a game that we can’t play online and don’t want to play offline because of broken AI
- @EA_Atic Same issue with Xbox Series X, have followed every connectivity guide (and I know my connection isn’t the issue, works on every other game and worked on f1 2021 on PS5 and Xbox Series X) really need some support from you guys, we pay to play this game online and we can’t do that
@EA_Atic - I have tried the following & am still getting the PlayFab error on Xbox.
- Restarted the game
- Uninstalled/re-installed the game
- Logged into EA on the computer with the same email address as my Xbox account- Logged into Origin on the computer with the same email address as my Xbox account
- Opened up all network settings on Xbox
- Opened up all location settings on Xbox
- Ensured that the time zone was the same on Xbox & computer
Is there a solution to this issue yet?

When I load F1 22 I am greeted with error saying I couldn’t connect to PlayFab, then after 2 minutes of trying to join an online lobby I have the NS7 error code.
I can join lobbies on different accounts on my Xbox Series X.
EA support checked my account and there are no issues there, they advised to report the bug
- @Richmond14B Well EA is * on it, all they talk about is straight line Ai speed, but since patch 1.06 I am unable to play online, I can connect to playfab, but I can't join any lobby, always failed to load session or if I join a lobby after 2h of trying it's just endlessly loading. I didn't do 1 race online since 1.06, before was all fine. That's worse than bf2042.
I want a refund for all this day without multi-player services. That's * up
I AM ALSO HAVING CONNECTIVITY ISSUES TO F1 ONLINE SERVICES. SUPPORT HAS BEEN USELESS THUS FAR, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING THAT I POSSIBLY CAN.
all new patches are useless, i still can't play online, thanks EA it's been a month and a half since the game was released
- @xXLucamcXx And yet it is STILL not listed as a problem on their list of things to investigate.. so many people can’t play online for 3 years - they just keep pretending it’s not a problem. I wish everyone would stop buying F1 that’s the only way things like this get fixed.
